Please note that some rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we cannot delete data that we are required to retain under AML or operator licence obligations.
The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. aabet does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. If we discover that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, close the associated account and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.
